Charles' law is a gas's law that says that the volume of a gas changes when temperature changes. Charles' law states that "at constant pressure, the volume of a given mass of an ideal gas increases by the same factor as its temperature increases or decreases". Temperature must be expressed with the Kelvin temperature scale. The equation for Charles' law can be expressed as: V1/T1
